Tire Repair Tool Instructions
Locate & Mark the Puncture
Identify the puncture site and mark it. Remove any debris (e.g., nails, screws) from the tire.
Clean the Puncture Hole
Use the reaming tool to probe and clear the hole, ensuring it’s free of dirt or debris.
Prepare the Repair Plug
Trim one end of the rubber plug at a 45° angle. Thread it through the insertion tool’s eyelet, leaving equal lengths on both sides.
Insert the Plug
Push the tool (with the plug) into the puncture at the same angle as the hole. Insert 2/3 of the plug into the tire, then rotate the tool 360° before pulling it out.
Trim Excess Plug
Cut off any remaining plug flush with the tire surface for a smooth finish.
